  before moving into our new place, we had countless problems and was advised by our new building manager that he refused to deal with our agent (due to his lack of professionalism). Determined to not let this impact us moving in we continued to progress with our agent. We have moved into our appartment and have been here for over a month now. We have problems that still persist (non trivia - heating doesn't work correctly, cooker top doesn't work etc) and have reached out numerous times for guidance, I can appreciate that problems sometimes take longer to resolve than expected but My main concern is the lack of acknowledgement/response or customer service when expressing concerns. I would actively advise people to avoiding using century 21 in north Sydney.

  As tenants, we really appreciated renting through Century 21. They made the move in/move out process run very smoothly, communicated well throughout our tenancy, and diligently answered any questions we had. Although we noticed a higher turnover in staff here (at least with the property managers), they were very helpful in assisting when necessary. Unfortunately our unit was sold (which Century 21 was very accommodating to us during the process), and we had to leave the property we were in. They tried to help us find a new property, allowing us to see their upcoming rentals and offering to write referrals. Working with a new agent now, we realize how fortunate we were to have Century 21. Would definitely recommend renting through them.
