  Absolutely THE WORST "local" firm I have ever dealt with. My relative did not want me to post this under his name as he didn't want his name associated in any way with a search for Somerville but this is a genuine account of their experiences. Summary: "This was a relatively small debt matter. We started with using Somerville as debt collectors and the matter proceeded to litigation. Adam Cutri was very slow to respond and presented himself as an "associate". He was somewhere during the course of the matter taken off the case and it was handed to Lucy. She was equally as slow. We had to chase for updates all the time. It was appalling. We finally settled with the debtor. We got the bills from Somerville Legal. ON a 10k debt we paid SOMERVILLE nearly $4000. they had double charged for the handover between Adam and Lucy and their billings were way out of scope for similar instances of litigation which other larger firms have handled for us. WE will NEVER use them again and would caution anyone considering using these guys to get a fixed fee, an SLA for response times. I mention also the managing partner, Ben was equally lax and couldn't care less about complaints. People who are recommending these guys must be out of their minds!"
